WOW!!! I am in Absolute Heaven dyeing & spinning up these Beauties - aside from Dreaming of the exquisite fabrics you will be able to create with these HEAVENLY yarns, I am enjoying the added benefit of them as a process of MEDITATION myself!
I have always dreamed of designing a Unique range of fabric that would reflect the sense of balance as experienced in meditation. The completed fabric would reflect this with its colour & construction, & could be worn as an aid to bring one back to "Center" as we go about our daily round. *-*
Hmm.. HUGE claim I admit, BUT, sometimes chanting AUM is not always possible... & remaining "within" a meditative state is just not always practical when looking after children 24/7! [As a mum of little twins, it is very easy to lose track of the ESSENtial focus: to remain steady no matter what dramas occur!!!] Also it has to be said, that research has concluded the colours one wears have a profound influence upon our state of mind. (I learnt this whilst undertaking my Waldorf/Steiner Teacher Training a few years ago. there is a lot more to say on this, but in another post!)
